Active Veterans with Answers
Active Veterans With Answers, Inc. provides educational seminars for veterans, family members, survivors, and any person(s) entitled to benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs and subsidiaries. They provide a seamless learning experience for veterans as they navigate the often frustrating and overwhelming benefits channel in order to determine eligibility regarding their earned benefits. It was founded by women who have taken part in WoVeN.

Bush Institute Military Service Initiative
Through research, policy development, programs, and presidential recognition, the Bush Institute’s Military Service Initiative informs, influences, and unites communities, non-profit organizations, businesses, academia, and philanthropy. Together, we aim to maximize the health and well-being of post-9/11 veterans and military families, setting the conditions for a successful transition and their continued leadership as civilians.

The Mission Continues / The Women Veterans Leadership Program
The Mission Continues is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit that empowers veterans to continue their service, and empowers communities with veteran talent, skills and preparedness to generate visible impact. Their programs in cities across the country deploy veteran volunteers alongside nonprofit partners and community leaders to improve educational resources, increase access to parks and green spaces, foster neighborhood identity, and more. The Women Veterans Leadership Program changes the narrative on what it means to be a woman veteran by leveraging their leadership skills and authentic selves to become change-makers, all while enhancing their personal and professional networks.

Modern Military Association of America
The Modern Military Association of America (MMAA) is the nation’s largest organization of LGBTQ service members, military spouses, veterans, their families and allies. Formed through the merger of the American Military Partner Association and OutServe-SLDN, they are a united voice for the LBGTQ military and veteran community. As a non-partisan, non-profit (501c3) organization, they are working to make a real difference in the lives of our modern military families through education, advocacy and support. They also provide free, direct legal services for the LGBTQ and HIV+ military and veteran community.
Protect Our Defenders
Protect Our Defenders (POD) is the pre-eminent national human rights organization dedicated to ending sexual violence, victim retaliation, misogyny, sexual prejudice, and racism in the military and combating a culture that has allowed it to persist. They honor, support, and give voice to survivors of military sexual violence. They seek reform to ensure all service members are provided a safe and respectful work environment free from misogyny and racism, and have access to a fair, impartially administered system of justice.

Service Women’s Action Network
The Service Women’s Action Network (SWAN) is the voice of all military women – past, present, and future. They are a member-driven community network advocating for the individual and collective needs of service women. SWAN’s priorities are guided by their members, who include thousands of women and men, service members, and civilians alike. They are committed to seeing that all service women receive the opportunities, protections, benefits, and respect they deserve. Their goal is to ensure all service women and women veterans have access to the information, tools, and support they need to reach their personal and professional goals.
Women Veterans Interactive
Women Veterans Interactive (WVI) was created to address the unique, and often unrecognized, challenges facing our nation’s 1.8 million woman veterans as they return to civilian life. WVI has members spanning 12 states providing outreach and support services to more than 1,000 women veterans. WVI focuses on meeting women veterans at their point of need while breaking down the barriers leading to homelessness.
Women Veterans Rock
Women Veterans Rock is a coalition of Women Veteran Organizations and Women Advocacy Organizations supporting women veterans and military families in the areas of housing, employment, education, financial stability, health and wellness.
