Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your email address, your name, and telephone number, and demographic information such as your gender, hometown and interests, that you voluntarily give to use when completing a contact form, registering for an account, or choosing to participate in message boards on the Site. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind; however, refusing to do may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.
Data collected automatically
As is true of most websites, our servers gather certain information automatically in order to provide the Site, and to help us improve the Site by understanding how people use it.

In order to provide the Site and fulfill the program objectives of the Women Veterans Network, we may share your information with our affiliates, in which cases we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates may include subsidiaries or contractors of Boston University. We will not share your information for marketing or commercial purposes.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
